Welcome to our beautiful hotel for RV's! Our Wasatch Mountain and Salt Lake views are stunning! We built our resort on this land for those reasons! This land did come with some slope to it. Some sites do have some side-to-side slope, so please bring some leveling blocks for one side of your rig should you be in a site with some slope. Usually, 1-3 blocks will be just perfect. We look forward to hosting you at our beautiful RV Resort!!

Located in beautiful Layton, Utah, Valley View RV Resort has everything you need for an unforgettable vacation or staycacation. We have pull-through sites with full hookups and wireless fiber internet that will accommodate RV's and truck / trailer / car combinations up to 120+  feet!  We also have a variety of back-in sites and pull in sites with the same full-hookups for RVs and trailers of all sizes. We also have plenty of parking and outdoor storage available.

Our resort also has the amenities needed for a comfortable and convenient stay with multiple laundry facilities and a clubhouse with a full kitchen.  We are a family-friendly / kid-friendly / pet-friendly RV Resort. We have two pickle-ball courts, a picnic area, a tot lot, community fire pit and a large dog park.

Valley View RV Resort is conveniently situated between Utah's Northern Wasatch Mountain Range and the Great Salt Lakes Antelope Island. We're just minutes from world-class skiing and snowboarding facilities, scenic Antelope Island, Hill Air Force Base and it's Aerospace Museum. And don't forget the numerous great restaurants, bars, and music venues that you'll find in our part of Utah.

We love to give our guests a little "heads up" about our proximity to Hill Air Force Base! We love watching the jets fly and love hearing the sounds of freedom and think you will too!

When you stay at Valley View RV Resort, you're surrounded by numerous family-friendly attractions and activities.

Lagoon Amusement Park is just a few minutes south of Layton. The park has plenty of great food and great rides. (Make sure you try the Fire Dragon, one of the top roller coasters in the country.)

Hill Aerospace Museum is just a few minutes away. The museum has numerous exhibits and displays, including over 90 aircraft.

And, to the West, you'll find Antelope Island State Park. The park is open year-round to over 1 million visitors each year.  You can observe a variety of animals in their natural habitats, including bison, antelope, and an occasional coyote.

Layton and the surrounding areas are home to many excellent restaurants, bars, and music venues. Some of the best ones are a short drive from Valley View RV Resort.

Black Bear Diner is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, they're known great meals at reasonable prices.

Weller's Bistro is another well-known restaurant just minutes from the resort. They serve German cuisine for lunch and dinner.

Sill's Cafe is a local favorite just down the street from us. It's a small restaurant that has a devoted local following. If you stop by, make sure you give their "scones" and pancakes a try.

Teppanyaki is a delicious sushi bar where they grill right in front of you and is a local favorite.
